How to make it

  • In a small bowl, mix the capers and gherkins into the mayonnaise;
  • Add the parsley and the other ingredients to taste.
  • Mix well to fully combine all the elements;
  • Taste and adjust if and/or as necessary;
  • Can serve immediately or cover with clingfilm and chill in fridge for 30 minutes before serving
