How to make it

  • In a bowl, combine the wine vinegar, garlic, onion, capers, mustard, parsley and basil;
  • Gradually add the oil, pouring in slowly, whisking continuously to avoid oil/vinegar separation;
  • Season with salt and pepper - to taste;
  • Set aside at room temperature to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.

    Fantastic! One of the best dressings! Just filled with flavor and easy to make. I put all the ingredients in a mini food processor. Zing, zing, and a minute later perfectly blended dressing. Thanks Don, this one is a winner! Will be ideal over grilled beef or chicken too.
