Chocolate Chia Pudding

- 4 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 4 TBS maple syrup shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 2/3 Cups chia seeds shopping list
- *extras* shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut mixed with shopping list
- 1 tsp. coconut sugar (for topping) shopping list
- additional coconut milk shopping list
- (decadent) whipped cream shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk coconut milk, vanilla, cocoa powder, salt, and maple syrup in a bowl. Gently fold in the chia seeds. Transfer to a large jar. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Alternate gently rotating jar (30 seconds) and resting (4 minutes) for another 20 minutes.
- Refrigerate jar for 8 hours to overnight.
- To serve, put pudding in bowl, add large drizzle of coconut milk, and top (if we MUST) with whipped cream, then shredded coconut.
