Just something I whipped up once, loved it and decided to remember it.

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup couscous
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp powdered mustard
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Dash pepper
  • Dash allspice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt OR powdered garlic
  • Butter (optional)

Directions
  1. Put couscous in microwaveable bowl, mug, or cup
  2. Fill with water so that it just covers the top of the couscous
  3. Put in microwave for 2 minutes
  4. Drain any excess water
  5. Mix in spices
  6. Add butter to taste
