Ingredients

How to make it

  • Generously season all sides of the steak with salt and pepper
  • I minced the rosemary and thyme together..if you do it separately, mix em later and rub it into both sides of the steak, leaving about 1/2 tsp on the side
  • Put oil in a non stick pan and heat on high
  • Once the oil is shimmering, place the steak in the pan and lower the heat to medium high
  • Cook for about 5 minutes and flip
  • Cook the other side for about 5 minutes and then add the butter
  • Once the butter is melted add the chopped garlic and the rest of the rosemary/thyme
  • Place the steak skin side down in the pan and sear the skin
  • Cook each side about another minute rubbing it in the butter See Photo
  • Remove from heat and allow to rest 5 minutes
  • Serve with pan melted butter sauce on top
  • Enjoy!
