Favorite sauce to dip cold poached shrimp, or zucchini fritters, or serve on the side of a slab o'beef.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 2 dashes of worchestershire
  • 1 tbsp of dijon mustard
  • 2-3 tablespoons of prepared horseradish
  • 3 grinds of black pepper

Directions
  1. Beat cream til soft peaks form.
  2. Add sugar beat a little more.
  3. Fold in the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Chill and serve.
