This is a great rub. For the cloves and the cumin I used seeds however for the cardamom had to use power as I could note find the seeds. Cut it back in half. Used on 4 turkey thighs and 1 breast and roasted in the oven. Yummy will be making again. Thank you MrsJ. for sharing this wonderful recipe.
