I made this a while ago(actually twice) and forgot to review(seniors moment):))
A very tasty dish that is easy to put together and smells wonderful.
The juice left after cooking is great to sop up with a crusty piece of bread. The meat was nice and tender and the potatoes were quite tasty. .I made a couple of changes(lactose) i used gluten free flour, Earth Balance in place of butter and lactose free milk.I did not add the wine.
My husband and i enjoyed this very much.
Thank you Bren for the recipe. YUM::
