I was looking for something that was quick, but good and Don recommended this to me. It truly was quick and simple. I did add some pancetta (he recommended bacon or shrimp and this is what I had on hand). Most importantly, it was delicious! I love it when you can get such a good meal without a lot of time or work. I only had angel hair pasta, but it worked just fine. I will definitely keep this in mind for a quick meal. Also hubby loved it and told me I need to make more next time - he definitely wanted seconds! Thanks Don! Truly loved it!
