Aglio E Olio - Spaghettini With Garlic And Olive Oil

- 120ml/8tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil shopping list
- 1tsp Garlic - finely chopped shopping list
- 1 to 2tbsp flat leaf Parsley - finely chopped shopping list
- ¼ tsp - to taste Dried Chillies - crushed shopping list
- Salt shopping list
- 450g/1lb Spaghettini Pasta - Can also use Spaghetti shopping list
How to make it
- Boil water for pasta, add 1tbsp salt and 1tbsp olive oil and drop in pasta, stirring until all strands submerged and separated;
- Put olive oil and garlic in a large frying pan and cook over a medium heat;
- When garlic starts to sizzle and change colour, add parsley, chilli and touch of salt; Stir well to mix and remove from heat;
- When Pasta is cooked “al dente”, return pan with sauce to a low heat, drain the pasta and add it to the sauce;
- Toss until the pasta is well coated with the sauce;
- Taste for salt and spiciness and serve.
