Spaghetti And Meatballs

- meatballs shopping list
- 1lb lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- sauce shopping list
- 14-15oz can of tomato sauce shopping list
- 2 heads of garlic, crushed shopping list
- 1 tsp ground oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp garlic sauce shopping list
- 8oz of thin spaghetti noodles shopping list
- grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- 1- In a medium pot, put all the ingredients for the sauce in pot. Set on medium low heat. Stir occasionally, don't let it splatter, turn down heat so it just simmers.
- 2- Meanwhile make meatballs in a bowl, I use my hands to thoroughly mix ingredients into meat. Form into balls and lay on plate. Let it sit for 15 min. or you can place in fridge, so that ingredients set in. In a fry pan on medium heat, arrange meatballs. Cover with lid. Let cook for 5 minutes or so, then turn over. Cover with lid. When done, drain onto paper toweled plate.
- 3- In a large pot, pour 4 cups or more of water. On medium-high heat when water comes to a boil, drop in spaghetti noodles. Lower heat to medium and continue to boil for 10 minutes. Drain, and put noodles into bowl. You may rinse noodles if you wish to so they won't stick.
- 4- Serve spaghetti topped with 2-3 meatballs and sauce with grated parmesan cheese.
