How to make it

  • Wash, seed and remove the pith from the peppers and cut into strips.
  • Remove the dry skin from the onion and cut in half. Cut each half into strips.
  • Heat a large skillet on med. high heat and add oil.
  • Add peppers, mushrooms and onions.
  • Stir fry for about 1o minutes or until veggies are slightly soft.
  • Add the garlic and ginger and heat for another minute, stir frying constantly.
  • Add the oyster sauce and stir to blend, about 30 seconds.
