Mom's Thanksgiving Turkey Gravy

My Mom made this every Thanksgiving..simple, delicious turkey gravy.. adapted from Argo. BTW, sorry for the small amount of gravy in the pic, that's all that was left after Thanksgiving:)
Ingredients
- 2 cups turkey drippings shopping list
- 2 tbsp corn starch shopping list
- 1/4 cup cold water shopping list
- Salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Heat 2 cups turkey drippings on medium heat until simmering.
- Using a fork, mix the cornstarch with the water in a small bowl until smooth, add to turkey drippings. Simmer until thickened..add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over mashed potatoes & stuffing:)
