My mimi used to always make this recipe when she came to visit. It's so easy and it yields two pies!

Ingredients
  • 2 pie crusts (graham cracker or chocolate)
  • 12 oz. can frozen limeade from concentrate
  • 8 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 9 oz. container of Cool Whip or comparable dessert topping
  • green food coloring

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk limeade, condensed milk and Cool Whip.
  2. Add green food coloring until pie filling is mint green.
  3. Evenly divide the pie filling into the two pie crusts.
  4. Refrigerate to set for a few hours.
