How to make it

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
  • 2. Mix with a whisk until well blended. See Photo
  • This works in a lot of dishes. I don’t refrigerate it. Make sure the bottle is tightly sealed and it last at least three months in the pantry.

    this sounds really good rj. i've tried store bought hoisin but find it too sweet. i like all the ingredients in this and of course 'home made' is always better. thanks for posting. bookmarked to try.
