Soft Molasses Drops Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 375F
  • Measure first 8 ingredients in order given into mixing bowl, beat till smooth
  • Stir baking soda into hot coffee or milk
  • Add to the dough and beat until blended
  • Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • I use parchment paper on my cookie sheets now. These cookies come together very quickly, mixing by hand, but i use my KA mixer.
