Southwest Layered Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a bowl, mix 1 cup ranch dressing mixed with salsa , chili powder and cumin and Set aside
  • Mix together half the packet of southwest ranch with sour cream and set aside
  • The other half of southwest ranch mix with the warm pasta you cooked and drained,
  • Place shredded lettuce ( 1-2 cups) in clear bowl. Season with salt and pepper
  • Place pasta on top of lettuce.
  • Top with black olives.
  • Pour over the salsa ranch, top with black beans.
  • Spoon corn on top of beans and top with green bell pepper.
  • Place tomatoes and red onions on top of this layer .
  • Next, followed by cheese then sour cream and finally the green onions and cilantro
  • . Finish with a few crushed tortilla chips.
  • Serve additional chips on side.
  • You can add chopped avocado if desired.

    Yes, one package of the / Fiesta ranch that you use( divide it up as per recipe)

    Looks good and worth a try but what is 1 hidden valley Southwest Ranch ( Walmart) packet , divided? I am happy to report that we do not have a Walmart here.
