- 1/2 LB cooking apples shopping list
- 12 OZ. PLAIN flour shopping list
- 8 OZ. butter shopping list
- 1 OZ. SUAGAR shopping list
- 1 LARGE egg. shopping list
- CRUMBLEE TOPPING shopping list
- 6 OZ. flour shopping list
- 4 1/2 OZ. butter shopping list
- 3 OZ. caster sugar shopping list
How to make it
- PREPARE TOPPING BY RUBBING TOGETHER FLOUR AND BUTTER TILL IT RESEMBLES BREADCRUMBS. ADD SUGAR AND MIX WELL. PUT TO ONE SIDE.
- CREAM THE BUTTER AND EGG TOGETHER, ADDING THE FLOUR TO MAKE A PASTRY
- ROLL OUT AND CUT INTO ROUNDS PLACING THEM IN INDIVIDUAL SMALL BAKING TINS.
- PEEL AND CHOP THE APPLE INTO TINY PIECES AND ADD THIS TO THE MINCEMEAT
- PLACE A SPOONFUL OF THE MINCEMEAT MIXTURE INTO EACH PASTRY CASE
- THEN TOP EACH TART WITH THE CRUMBLE MIX.
- THIS MAKES A DELICIOUS AND TANGY MINCE TART
