Spaghetti Salad

- *HALF* of a 1 lb. box spaghetti shopping list
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped shopping list
- 1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1 zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and sliced shopping list
- 2-3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped (see note) shopping list
- red onion, to taste, chopped shopping list
- one 2-1/4 oz. can sliced black olives, well drained shopping list
- half of a 2.62 oz. jar Salad Supreme, or to taste (see note) shopping list
- Kraft Zesty Italian salad dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Break spaghetti in half and cook. Drain well. Place cooled spaghetti in a large salad bowl. Add cucumber, green pepper, zucchini, tomatoes, red onion, olives, and Salad Supreme. Gently stir to combine. Add just enough salad dressing to moisten mixture (you don't want to drown it!). Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir salad before serving and add more dressing, if needed.
- Note: Grape tomatoes work well in this as a great time saver! Salad Supreme is made by McCormick and is found in the spice aisle. This can be made first thing in the morning, or even the day before, and it will keep well until ready to serve. It makes a great potluck dish, too. Increase or decrease ingredient amounts to make desired number of servings.
