Cantaloupe Melon, Serrano Ham, Rocket And Pecorino Romano Salad

- 75ml/2½fl oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil shopping list
- 1 Cantaloupe Melon shopping list
- 16 slices Serrano Ham (or Prosciutto) shopping list
- 12 to 14 Rocket Leaves shopping list
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 100g/3½oz Pecorino Romano cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Remove the outer skin from the melon, cut in half and remove and discard the seeds;
- Thinly slice the melon, arrange on a serving plate with the ham slices then sprinkle the rocket leaves over the top;
- Using a potato peeler, thinly shave the pecorino cheese over the salad, drizzle with olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper;
- Serve
