- 2 cups vegetable broth shopping list
- 2 lbs baby carrots (try the organic kind with the greenery still attached) shopping list
- 1 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill shopping list
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives shopping list
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- dash salt shopping list
- dash pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place broth in a large pot and bring to a boil.
- Stema the carrots for 10 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
- Transfer carrots to a large bowl and add remaining ingredients.
- toss well and serve.
