Baby Carrots With Dill Butter And Lemon Recipe
This carrot side dish is a beautiful addition to any table, be it a casual dinner or a fancy Thanksgiving feast. The flavors are mellow and sweet with a tangy twist.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 lbs baby carrots (try the organic kind with the greenery still attached)
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper

Directions
  1. Place broth in a large pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Stema the carrots for 10 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
  3. Transfer carrots to a large bowl and add remaining ingredients.
  4. toss well and serve.
