How to make it

  • Line a small baking tray with wax paper.
  • Melt butter in a large glass bowl in microwave, 1 minute on defrost
  • Add marshmallows and stir to coat. Microwave on low for about two minutes or until marshmallows start to melt.
  • Quickly stir in whey protein with a silicon spatula and then add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Evenly coat the puffed rice with the cooling marshmallows with oiled hands.
  • Spread out the mixture on to the baking tray.
  • Cut in to squares.
