How to make it

  • Mix all the ingredients together except salt and pepper. Let sit in the fridge for about an hour.
  • Taste. You may want more horseradish or more mustard, mayo etc..
  • Season with salt and pepper if needed.
  • This is perfect with any roast beef, prime rib, beef tenderloin or especially with a grilled steak and roasted potatoes!
  • Enjoy :)

    Okay, so I wanted to wait to review this until I had a picture, but i will add one once I make it again. I substitued the mayo with yogurt after your suggestion in the group. This sauce is amazing. I had it on burgers on butter grilled ciabatta bread and man, what a punch of flavor. This will be my go-to for all of my beef dishes. I can't wait to try it on prime rib! Thanks Shona!!
