How to make it

  • Start by adding all of the avocado sauce ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • In a bowl, mix the shrimp with all of the seasonings minus the lime juice.
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium heat and saute shrimp, tossing until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 5 minutes. Squeeze with a little bit of lime juice. Serve on a round serving dish with a bowl of the avocado sauce in the middle for dipping, enjoy!!

    I , too, came out here because of the avocado sauce.
    The Shrimp sounds really good.
    I just know I will be using this sauce with a lot of things, however!!!

    I have a couple pounds of jumbo shrimp languishing in the freezer. Looks like a good fit for this recipe.
