Ingredients
  • 2 cans white shoe peg corn
  • 2 small cucumbers, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Chill

This salad is awesome. Simple fast and a delicious side salad with any meal! Love the idea of cucumber in it!
