  2. REFRIGERATE
  3. THEE BEST COCKTAIL SAUCE!
  4. **I use a regular jar. Sometimes you find it extra hot. I have a seafood place that sells jars of freshly grated horeradish. What a difference!
  5. I LOVE Fresh horseradish, I grate it my self on a micro-planner! I grate it fresh for Easter for my ham, acutally anytime. Fresh horseradish is actually sweet. Be careful not to inhale it, lol. we constantly pass the dish with the horseradish around the table during the entire dinner. It will definately open up those nostrils and clear you of any stuffiness!! Grating it we usually take turns it is very stong. Yet so sweet when you eat it.

Well what happens when you inhale it?

This sounds good, is this a cocktail sauce that you could use for shrimp cocktail? I haven't had Shrimp Cocktail since I worked in this amazing little restaurant in Bandon after school hours. I just love it.

Salmon Diva LOL

I will be trying this one this weekend. Will let you know the results. Looks good!

I love hot cocktail sauce. Your recipe sounds great!

After I made this sauce... NO more store-bought in this house! Recipediva is not exaggerating about this being the "best". Thanks for the simple and yet delicious cocktail sauce makings.
