Another great condiment good enough to can several jars and give for gifts during the holiday season. They are very popular with my family and friends and hope you will enjoy them as well.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups pared and quartered peaches
  • 1 cup mild vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar

Directions
  1. Combine sugar, vinegar and spices then boil 5 minutes.
  2. Add fruit and cook until tender.
  3. Pack in sterilized jars then fill to within 1/4" of top with syrup.
