Thyme Roasted Garlic Recipe

Ingredients

2 cup garlic cloves peeled

2 cups olive oil

1 bunch fresh thyme

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine garlic oil and thyme in small baking dish.

Cover with foil and place in oven for 30 minutes.

Let garlic cool in the oil and strain.

Discard thyme.

Reserve garlic cloves and garlic oil in separate containers in the refrigerator.

This is so incredible, my daughter made this and we were so in love with it.. she used the garlic on hunks of a really heavy bread, for garlic toast.. wonderful! Changed the taste of the garlic to real sweet...
