This is an incredible dressing bursting with flavors. Goes good on salad or just over sliced tomatoes which is my favorite way to eat it. Enjoy

Delicious and it's so pretty!!! It's a beautiful greenish yellow color from the fresh herbs and Dijon. I only used about 1/2 t. salt and 1 t. sugar (personal preferences) and thought this to be a well balanced, fresh herb (I used all fresh herbs), dressing. Of course the type of vinegar you use influences this dressing … I used raw Apple Cider vinegar because I love it's health benefits.
