This is an incredible dressing bursting with flavors. Goes good on salad or just over sliced tomatoes which is my favorite way to eat it. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 6 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup salad oil

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve on top of salad or greens.
