How to make it

  • place chocolate,butter,cream and sugar in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water and heat,stirring,untill mixture is smooth.
  • add liquer and half the pistachio nuts and mix well to combine.
  • chill mixture for about 1hour or until firm enough to roll into balls.
  • roll tablespoon of mixture into balls,then roll in remaining pistachio nuts.chill until required.
