Pistachio truffles

- dark chocolate (broken in to pieces) 315g shopping list
- butter,chopped 45g shopping list
- thickened doubled cream 1/2 cup shopping list
- sugar ,tablespoons 2 shopping list
- Galliano liquer,tablespoons 2 shopping list
- pistachio nuts,chopped 125g shopping list
How to make it
- place chocolate,butter,cream and sugar in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water and heat,stirring,untill mixture is smooth.
- add liquer and half the pistachio nuts and mix well to combine.
- chill mixture for about 1hour or until firm enough to roll into balls.
- roll tablespoon of mixture into balls,then roll in remaining pistachio nuts.chill until required.
