Pasta Omelet

This is a very tasty omelet using leftover spaghetti. I usually add jalapenos and fresh tomatoes to mine but it is good with the extra additions. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups leftover spaghetti shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated romano cheese shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs well in a bowl then stir in pasta, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Fry in oil and butter in large fry pan either folding as an omelet or just turning straight over pancake style.
