How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 then grease a rectangular baking pan and set aside.
  • In mixing bowl cream butter and sugar then add egg and vanilla and beat thoroughly.
  • Blend in bananas. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • Add to creamed mixture and stir to just mix.
  • Divide batter in half then add cocoa to half the batter and spread into prepared pan.
  • Spoon remaining batter on top and swirl with a spatula or knife.
  • Bake for 25 minutes then cool.
