Chilies and cheese spread

- 1 can chopped green chilies, drained (4 ounces) shopping list
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese (4 ounces) shopping list
- 1/4 cup half and half shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions shopping list
- 2 tablespoon ground cumin shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingredients into a saucepan.
- In saucepan, over low heat, stirring constantly, heat until cheese is melted.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate about 8 hours or until firm.
- Garnish with chopped red bell pepper.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
