Roquefort Apples Recipe
This is so incredible and good anytime. I have eaten it at breakfast, brunch, lunch as a side or as a snack. It is awesome.

Ingredients
  • 4 medium red apples
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 ounces crumbled Roquefort cheese
  • 1/4 cup French dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons seedless raisins

Directions
  1. Cut slice from top of each apple and reserve.
  2. Remove cores and scoop out pulp leaving 1/4" shells.
  3. Brush shells with lemon juice.
  4. Dice apple pulp then combine diced apple with remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
  5. Fill apple shells with mixture then replace apple tops.
