Roquefort Apples

- 4 medium red apples shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1-1/2 ounces crumbled Roquefort cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup French dressing shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
- 2 tablespoons seedless raisins shopping list
How to make it
- Cut slice from top of each apple and reserve.
- Remove cores and scoop out pulp leaving 1/4" shells.
- Brush shells with lemon juice.
- Dice apple pulp then combine diced apple with remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
- Fill apple shells with mixture then replace apple tops.
