How to make it

  • place vinegar, sugar, basil and garlic in blender. blend till mixed. keep blending whilst you trickle oil at a steady stream through the lid of the blender. blend untill thick. enjoy. keeps for a couple of weeks in the chiller.

    Sounds good to me. I have a HUGE basil plant that needs use. Nice to know that it keeps for a couple of weeks too.
