Fresh Basil And Garlic Vinegarette Recipe

this is a fresh tasting vinegarette that goes so so well with salad of any kind

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 fresh basil plant (leaves only)
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- 600 ml olive oil
Directions
- place vinegar, sugar, basil and garlic in blender. blend till mixed. keep blending whilst you trickle oil at a steady stream through the lid of the blender. blend untill thick. enjoy. keeps for a couple of weeks in the chiller.
