Ingredients
  • 1 can blackberry pie filling
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions
  1. Beat eggs with electric or hand beater.
  2. 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  3. Add all other ingredients except pie filling then stir until well blended.
  4. Add pie filling and stir carefully then pour into well greased rectangular baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.

I just found out the Pennsylvania is the Blackberry Capital of the world so I think I have to try this under some state mandate! Oh, the suffering it will be ;)
