My Polish heritage has contributed greatly to my love of cooking. This simple recipe is just one reason why. These are addictive. They are thin potato pancakes that beat plain ol' chips in my book!!!

We always use fresh grated onion.
If you garden zuchinni can be added.
I sometimes add the dill with garlic from Pampered Chef.

Zuchinni in potato pancakes?.. that is zuchini fritters darling. No dill! but to each their own. Onion flavor is all you need. I am an expert potato pancake maker. Thin crispy lots of sour cream and applesauce. ONion flavor is all you need if it be real or powder or flakes.
