How to make it

  • Cook both packages of rice according to directions then let cool.
  • Mix rice and remaining ingredients together except liquid from
  • artichokes. Mix together dressing and add to cooked cooled rice
  • mixture. Toss well and serve.

    I have made a variation of this recipe before and it is just "to die for" delicious. I've taken it numerous times to family functions, Thanksgiving lunch at work etc. and it is always a HUGE hit.
