Celery And Fish Sliced Soup

- 500g boneless fish shopping list
- 1 hold of celery leaves shopping list
- 1 tbsp shredded ginger shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp salt shopping list
- 1 tbsp rice wine shopping list
- cornstarch shopping list
- Dash of salt and pepper. shopping list
How to make it
- Slice the boneless fish fillet into bite size pieces.
- Marinate with wine, salt and cornstarch.
- Boil 7 bowls of water, put fish sliced in piece by piece, until boiling.
- Take the bubble off, add celery, shredded ginger and stir well.
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste and serve.
- TIP: Alternatively you can add soy sauce to taste.
