How to make it

  • Slice the boneless fish fillet into bite size pieces.
  • Marinate with wine, salt and cornstarch.
  • Boil 7 bowls of water, put fish sliced in piece by piece, until boiling.
  • Take the bubble off, add celery, shredded ginger and stir well.
  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste and serve.
  • TIP: Alternatively you can add soy sauce to taste.
