A simple tasty vinaigrette dressing with a nice Dijon mustard kick!

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp sugar or other sweetener (I usually use Splenda)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup canola oli

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except oils in shaker or bowl. Gradually add oils shaking or whisking after each addition to emulsify.
