  • 1 (14 oz) can of drained and quartered artichoke hearts
  • 1 (10 oz) cont. of halved grape tomatoes
  • 1 (6 oz) can of drained and sliced medium black olives
  • 1 diced green bell pepper
  • 1 (20 oz) package of cheese-filled egg tortellini, cooked al dente,
  • 1/3 c.of olive oil,
  • 1/4 c of parmesan cheese, the kind in the can
  • 1 (8 oz) jar of basil pesto
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 2 tsp of minced garlic
  • 12 oz of cubed mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz of half of a 1 lb. box rotini pasta, cooked al dente, drained

Directions
  1. First you want to cook pastas, then set aside to drain.
  2. Cool.
  3. Now take a large bowl or punch bowl, add the rest of the ingredients, folding gently til well mixed.
  4. Then add in the pastasl.
  5. Next you want to adjust seasoning to taste, meaning, add more salt, parmesan, etc., til you like it.
  6. Cool.
  7. Serve.
