Cheesy Tortellin Pasta Salad

- Ingredients shopping list
- 1 (14 oz) can of drained and quartered artichoke hearts shopping list
- 1 (10 oz) cont. of halved grape tomatoes shopping list
- 1 (6 oz) can of drained and sliced medium black olives shopping list
- 1 diced green bell pepper shopping list
- 1 (20 oz) package of cheese-filled egg tortellini, cooked al dente, shopping list
- 1/3 c.of olive oil, shopping list
- 1/4 c of parmesan cheese, the kind in the can shopping list
- 1 (8 oz) jar of basil pesto shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of salt shopping list
- 2 tsp of minced garlic shopping list
- 12 oz of cubed mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 8 oz of half of a 1 lb. box rotini pasta, cooked al dente, drained shopping list
How to make it
- First you want to cook pastas, then set aside to drain.
- Cool.
- Now take a large bowl or punch bowl, add the rest of the ingredients, folding gently til well mixed.
- Then add in the pastasl.
- Next you want to adjust seasoning to taste, meaning, add more salt, parmesan, etc., til you like it.
- Cool.
- Serve.
