Hungarian Dumplings For Soup Galuska Recipe
Basic little dumplings to go in Hungarian soups. Use in Jokai Bableves (Hungarian bean soup) and other such recipes.

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • If you really love lots of little dumplings in your soup, you can double the recipe.

Directions
  1. Beat egg with oil, then mix ingredients together.
  2. Spoon mixture into boiling soup, using 1/4 teaspoon at a time.
  3. Cook in the soup for 2-3 minutes just before serving.
