Upside Down Pumpkin Cake

- 1 can pumpkin shopping list
- 3 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 12 ounce can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 box yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 stick butter melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- Grease and flour rectangular cake pan. Mix pumpkin with milk, eggs, sugar and spices. Pour pumpkin mixture into pan and sprinkle top with dry cake mix. Drizzle melted butter on top of cake mix and sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
