How to make it

  • Combine bourbon, brown sugar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, garlic and 1/4 cup oil in a deep dish.
  • Mix well with a spoon then add chicken and cover then refrigerate 4 hours.
  • Pour off and discard marinade and place chicken breasts on a well oiled hot grill.
  • During grilling brush oil on each side and sprinkle with Creole seasoning.
  • For seasoning mix combine ingredients together and shake several times to combine flavors.
