Ingredients
  • 6 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoon Creole seasoning mix (below)
  • Creole Seasoning Mix:
  • 4 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves

Directions
  1. Combine bourbon, brown sugar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, garlic and 1/4 cup oil in a deep dish.
  2. Mix well with a spoon then add chicken and cover then refrigerate 4 hours.
  3. Pour off and discard marinade and place chicken breasts on a well oiled hot grill.
  4. During grilling brush oil on each side and sprinkle with Creole seasoning.
  5. For seasoning mix combine ingredients together and shake several times to combine flavors.
