Bourbon Grilled Chicken

- 6 boneless and skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 cup bourbon shopping list
- 1/2 cup canola oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 3 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 3 tablespoon creole seasoning mix (below) shopping list

- 4 tablespoons paprika shopping list
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder shopping list
- 2 tablespoons onion powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chili powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon white pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon black pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon celery seed shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves shopping list
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Combine bourbon, brown sugar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, garlic and 1/4 cup oil in a deep dish.
- Mix well with a spoon then add chicken and cover then refrigerate 4 hours.
- Pour off and discard marinade and place chicken breasts on a well oiled hot grill.
- During grilling brush oil on each side and sprinkle with Creole seasoning.
- For seasoning mix combine ingredients together and shake several times to combine flavors.
