A great tasting cookie and a great way to sneak some veggies in without the kids saying yuk.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup grated zucchini
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup shortening or butter
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or raisins or a combination of each

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. bake at 375
  3. 12-15 minutes
