I found this recipe in one of the ladies magazines....This is a basic creamy filling that you add to to make each recipe.... This is great..

Ingredients
  • 2 packages whipped topping mix (2.6 oz each)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pack age(3 oz) orange jello
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 2 cans (11 oz each) mandarin oranges, drained
  • vanilla wafer cookies
  • extra whipped topping

Directions
  1. At medium high speed, beat topping mix and milk until thickened; reserve.
  2. Stir orange jello into water until dissolved.
  3. Stir in ice cubes until dissolved.
  4. At medium speed, slowly beat gelatin mixture into topping mixture until combined.
  5. At medium high speed beat until fluffy.
  6. Reserve 6 segments of oranges from drained mandarin oranges.
  7. Stir remaining segments into the filling.
  8. Layer 2/3 cup filling, 4 vanilla wafer cookies, and additional 2/3 cup filling in each of 6 glasses (8 oz each)
  9. Top with whipped topping, cookies and reserved segments.
