Strawberry Nut Bread

This bread is great for breakfast with butter,or a brunch. slice it thin top with whipped cream cheese and serve with fruit salad for lunch.
Ingredients
- 2 - 10 oz pkgs of frozen sliced strawberries shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup cooking oil shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 3 cuos all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tblsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Defrost strawberries,Beat eggs inn a bowl until fluffy;add cooking oil.
- sugar and strawberries.
- Sift together flour ,cinnamon,soda and salt into a mixing bowl;add strawberry mixture and mix until well blended.Stir in nuts.
- Pour into 2 greased and floured 91/2 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans,Bake 350
- for 1hr 10 min or until done,then turn out of pans and cool on racks.
- Makes 2 loaves
- This bread slices best when chilled,AS I have said it can be warmed and served with butter(REAL BUTTER)or sliced thin and spread with whipped cream cheese and served with fruit salad .
