Minneapolis Cherry Cheese Cake

It's best that you not make this dessert unless you're ready for the rockstar notoriety that it will surely give you. It's impossible to screw up - requires a short list of ingredients and is oh so good. Note that some ingredients repeat in layers.
Ingredients
- 1 package (betty crocker) super moist cake mix shopping list
- 1/3 c margirine or butter shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 pkgs (8oz) cream cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 c sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 c sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 c sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbsp vanilla shopping list
- cherry pie filling shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350
- Layer 1:
- Beat cake mix, butter and 1 egg in large mixer on low until crumbly.
- Press lightly into ungreased 9x13 cake pan.
- Layer 2:
- Beat cream cheese, 2 eggs, 3/4 c sugar and ttsp vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- Spread over cake mixture.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until set.
- Layer 3:
- Mix sour cream, 1/4 c sugar and 1 Tbsp vanilla until smooth.
- Spread over cheese cake.
- Cool.
- Layer 4:
- Spread pie filling on top.
- Refrigerate for ~ 8 hrs and enjoy!
