How to make it

  • Beat eggs with electric or hand beater.
  • Add all other ingredients except apple slices then stir until well blended. Add apple slices and stir carefully then pour into well greased rectangular baking pan. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.

    not sure what happened to the recipe. there are about 4 postings of "cake recipe" with only part of the recipe there.????
