How to make it

  • In a bowl, cream together sugar, oil and egg until lemon-colored.
  • Stir in milk.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Stir into the creamed mixture.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries.
  • Spread batter into a greased and floured 9x9-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with topping.
  • Topping;
  • Melt butter. Stir in sugar, flour and cinnamon. Crumble over the cake batter.
  • Bake at 375° for 45-50 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
