- Cake: shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 salt shopping list
- 2 cups blueberries, well cleaned and drained shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, cream together sugar, oil and egg until lemon-colored.
- Stir in milk.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
- Stir into the creamed mixture.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Spread batter into a greased and floured 9x9-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with topping.
- Topping;
- Melt butter. Stir in sugar, flour and cinnamon. Crumble over the cake batter.
- Bake at 375° for 45-50 minutes.
- Serve warm.
