How to make it

  • Wash and peel potatoes
  • Cut potatoes into small squares
  • Bring to a boil and boil until tender
  • While potatoes are cooking mix all of the other ingredients except the bacon bits in a large bowl
  • Drain potatoes and let them cool to room temp.
  • Add potatoes to the bowl with other ingredients and mix well
  • Cover with bacon bits
  • I use my hands and it works great
  • Refridgerate until chilled
